This house will be rent to groupes or families. It is per week, or meanwhile the climbing courses in Orpierre.

Stay: The house stays in the center of this medieval village. The climbing rocks and also the restaurants, cafés and little supermarket are on walking distance. You can leave your car at the parking in the middle in the center of this village what is around the church. It's only 2 minutes walk to the house.

Costs:

One week will be 600,- euro for a group till 6 persons.

every extra person pays 50,- euro extra, per week.

Climbers of my climbing course will get a special price per day.

Renting bedding, sheets, pillow-case, blankets, etc. cost 10,- euro per person per week. Or you bring your own sleepingbag and stuff, than you leave the bed-spread on the bed and put your own bedding.

Cleaning costs: 65,- euro or just leave the house clean when you leave and spend these cotsts.

Rooms:

There are 3 sleepingrooms; 2 rooms for 2 persons (the beds can be put together or appart) 1 room is for 3 persons with 1 bunk-bed and 1 normal bed.

Living room and kitchen is in one.

With a lounche corner with T.V. (dvd) and also a big table to eat together. There is one toilet on the groundfloor and there is one bathroom with shower and second toilet on the first floor where also the sleepings are. Here is as well a washing machine.

Heating costs: In the early spring and the late fall there will be extra cots for the heating. These costs are 50,- euro per week per group.

The Garden: There is also a garden, which is built up from old ruins. Now there are terraces with places with sun or shade.

Please respect my kitchen-garden; don't gather and pick flowers, fruits and vegetables. I did put in a lot of effort and love to make it this way.
